This original 1930's Regency revival era build had, over the years, seen its integrity sacrificed. Through an extensive interior and exterior refurbishment, with floor plan reorientations, council submission, full build specification and a comprehensive, furniture and furnishing fitout, integrity and quality were reinstated. The resulting residence is one that ensures elegance, refinement, and warmth.
