The scope of works carried out on this project covered both the apartment and the buildings common areas. The main intention right the way through was to reinstate the Art Deco detailing and integrity of architecture that had been lost and removed over the years since its build in the 1930's.
Extensive interior and exterior works were required with a remodel of the interior apartment floor plan. The result is a fresh, polished, inner city apartment to suit the owners love of the classic and modern aesthetics, and sympathetic to the lifestyle led in Paddington, Sydney.
